Summary
Nurse Registries: Provides that certain health care practitioners under contract with nurse registry are deemed independent contractors for purposes of provider reimbursements under Medicaid program; provides that such practitioners are not eligible for overtime or holiday pay. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
