Community Services for Needy Individuals and Families: Provides goals of Hope Florida; creates Hope Florida Office within EOG; provides duties of office; provides eligibility requirements for Hope Florida participants; specifies that Hope Florida is voluntary; specifies mechanisms by which individuals may receive assistance; requires office to designate state agency to perform certain functions; requires Hope Navigators to be embedded in communities for specified purposes; requires care plans to include certain steps & timelines; specifies duties of Hope Florida partner network; requires specified state agencies to participate in Hope Florida at direction of EOG; requires participating state agencies to use existing resources & personnel, if possible; authorizes other entities to participate in Hope Florida at direction of office. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
