Organ and Tissue Donation: Authorizes minor under 18 years of age to be organ & tissue donor with informed parental consent; requires DHSMV to provide certain education on organ & tissue donation to donor at specified time; revises criteria of web-based donor registry. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
