Florida Museum of Black History: Specifies functions & activities of Florida Museum of Black History; provides for legislative designation of permanent & temporary locations of museum; requires specified nonprofit organization to create exhibits for temporary museum; establishes governing board for certain purposes; provides requirements for governing board; requires governing board to submit written report to Governor & Legislature by specified date; requires DOS to provide certain support; provides appropriations. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
