Summary
Employment of Minors: Removes certain employment restrictions for minors 16 & 17 years of age; revises age at which certain employment restrictions do not apply, unless otherwise required by federal law; revises exceptions to certain work restrictions; removes authority of DBPR to grant waiver of employment restrictions. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
