Voluntary Nonopioid Advance Directive Forms: Requires health care facility to create voluntary nonopioid advanced directive form; provides requirements for such form; authorizes individual to revoke form for any reason by specified means; provides immunity from civil & criminal liability for health care practitioners; provides exception. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
