Rec./Criminal Acts that Evidence Prejudice: Requires AG, rather than Governor, through FDLE, to collect & disseminate specified information; expands public records exemption to include collection & dissemination of data on incidents of criminal acts that evidence prejudice; provides for future review & repeal of expanded exemption; requires AG to publish annual report, rather than an annual summary; provides statement of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1029 or similar legislation takes effect
