Rec. & Meetings/Reports on Adversarial Threats: Provides exemption from public record requirements for certain report on adversarial threats produced by Chief of Domestic Security; provides exemption from public record requirements for notifications provided to owners & operators of critical infrastructure & other assets; provides exemption from public meeting requirements for meetings of Council on Pacific Conflict in which such reports or notifications are provided or discussed; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statements of public necessity. Effective Date: on the same day that HB 925 or similar legislation takes effect
