Summary
Health Insurance Coverage for CAR T-Cell Therapies: Prohibits specified individual health insurance policies, group health insurance policies, & health maintenance contracts from refusing to contract with in-network health care facilities for provision of CAR T-cell therapies; prohibits such policies & contracts from denying coverage for therapies. Effective Date: January 1, 2026
