Lee County : Revises boundaries of the Lee County Mosquito Control District; repeals chapter 2001-335, Laws of Florida, relating to Fort Myers Beach Mosquito Control District; provides for merger of districts; transfers assets & liabilities of Fort Myers Beach Mosquito Control District to the Lee County Mosquito Control District; requires referendum. Effective Date: only upon its approval by a majority vote of those qualified electors of Lee County Mosquito Control District and of the Fort Myers Beach Mosquito Control District voting in a referendum to be held on November 3, 2026
