Summary
State Group Insurance Program Coverage of Standard Fertility Preservation Services: Requires DMS under state group insurance program to provide coverage of medically necessary expenses relating to standard fertility preservation services for specified policies; prohibits state-contracted HMOs & state group health insurance plans from requiring preauthorization for such services; authorizes maximum benefit provisions. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
