Residual Market Insurers : Removes diligent effort & other requirements for insurance coverage to be eligible for export; provides presumption of being informed & of knowing of certain insurance coverage; requires notification of arbitration before Division of Administrative Hearings as option for dispute resolution procedures under Citizens Property Insurance Corporation. Effective Date: July 1, 2025
