Summary
Arrest Warrants for State Prisoners; Authorizing a prisoner in a state prison who has an unserved warrant to file a notice of unserved warrant in the circuit court in which the warrant was issued; requiring the prisoner to serve the notice on the state attorney; requiring the circuit court to schedule the notice for a status hearing within a certain timeframe after receiving the notice, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
