Summary
Prohibition of Pyramid Promotional Schemes; Prohibiting a person from establishing, promoting, operating, or participating in a pyramid promotional scheme; requiring the Department of Legal Affairs to issue and serve a complaint and cease and desist order under certain circumstances; prohibiting cease and desist orders from acting as a limitation upon any other action or remedy available; authorizing the court to appoint receivers, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2025
