Summary
County Budget Officers: Specifies that county budget officer reports directly to board of county commissioners; prohibits such officer from being member of executive branch of county government unless otherwise authorized; specifies powers of certain county entities while acting as ex-officio budget officers; provides that any actions by such officers do not violate specified prohibitions. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
