Misdescription of Beneficiaries and Banks: Revises requirements for rights as beneficiary of order & acceptance of order when beneficiary is nonexistent or unidentifiable person or account; removes rules relating to accepted payment orders; revises requirements relating to misdescription of banks for intermediaries & beneficiaries. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
