Summary
Licensure of Internationally Trained Physicians: Establishes licensure requirements for certain foreign-trained physicians; authorizes Board of Medicine to certify applicant for licensure with restrictions, limitations, or conditions on certain foreign-trained physicians; creates limited license for general medical practice for foreign-trained physicians who meet specified requirements; excludes practice in medical specialties; providing for future repeal. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
