SB 484 Sentencing (2018 Session)
Sentencing; Authorizing a court to sentence certain offenders to a county jail for up to 24 months if the county has a contract with the Department of Corrections; prohibiting an offender from receiving gain-time or other sentence credit that would result in the offender serving less than 85 percent of the offender’s sentence, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2018
