Summary
Doctors of Medical Science: Provides requirements for licensure & licensure renewal as doctor of medical science; provides rulemaking authority; authorizes doctors of medical science to order low-THC cannabis or medical cannabis for qualified patients & add such patients to compassionate use registry; authorizes doctors of medical science to prescribe controlled substances under certain conditions. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
