Child Psychological Abuse: Revises definition of "harm" & provision relating to mandatory reporting requirements for child abuse, abandonment, & neglect to include child psychological abuse; requires Board of Psychology within DOH to revise continuing education requirements for renewal of license to practice psychology to include child psychological abuse. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
