Use of State Funds; Providing a limitation on actual expenses of certain lodging that may be reimbursed for a state agency or judicial branch employee; requiring a state entity that requests state funds for the construction of a new building to comply with maximum cost per square foot requirements; prohibiting the use of state funds to purchase alcoholic beverages and to purchase food or beverages for certain state agency appreciation or recognition events, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
