Accessibility of Places of Public Accommodation; Requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to establish a program to provide for the certification of certain experts; authorizing such experts to advise and provide certain inspections for places of public accommodation relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act; authorizing an owner of a place of public accommodation to request a facility to be inspected for specified purposes; specifying that such certificate is valid for 3 years, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
