SB 7022 Public Employees (2017 Session)
Public Employees; Authorizing an employee to use a specified portion of the state’s contribution to purchase additional program benefits and supplemental benefits under certain circumstances; providing for the program to offer health plans in specified benefit levels; requiring the Department of Management Services to develop a plan for implementation of the benefit levels; requiring the department to contract with an entity to provide enrollees with online information on health care services and providers, etc. APPROPRIATION: $183,723,372.00 Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2017
