Cancer Clinical Trials; Requiring cancer clinical trial programs to inform potential participants of the specified reimbursements for ancillary costs and travel expenses which may be available to them if they participate in a cancer clinical trial; authorizing corporations, individuals, public and private foundations, health care providers, and other stakeholders to offer financial assistance to support approved reimbursements of ancillary costs and travel expenses for participants in a cancer clinical trial, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
