Educational Options: Prohibiting a student who is enrolled in the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind from being eligible for the Gardiner Scholarship Program; revising student eligibility criteria for the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program; authorizing a child of a parent who is a member of the United States Armed Forces to apply for a scholarship at any time, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
