Access to Capital; Expanding the authority of the Florida Development Finance Corporation to function within the corporate limits of this state as opposed to the corporate limits of an agency with which it has entered into an interlocal agreement; deleting a requirement that interlocal agreements entered into by the corporation be executed pursuant to specified provisions of ch. 163, F.S.; increasing the maximum maturation date for specified bonds, notes, or other forms of indebtedness, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
