Summary
Cigarette Surcharge & Tax: Revises provisions relating to surcharge & tax on sale, receipt, purchase, possession, consumption, handling, distribution, & use of cigarettes; deletes provision relating to authority of Division of Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco of DBPR to authorize manufacturers to distribute free sample packages of cigarettes. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
