Enhanced Safety for School Crossings: Requires DOT to evaluate viability & cost of uniform system of high-visibility markings & signage for designation of safe school crossings, subject to certain requirements; authorizes DOT to consider implementation of new technology/innovations that enhance pedestrian & crosswalk visibility; requires report. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
