Employment Discrimination; Revising provisions prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex to include discrimination on the basis of gender identity; prohibiting an employer from providing less favorable employment opportunities to employees based on their sex or gender identity; creating the “Helen Gordon Davis Fair Pay Protection Act”, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
