Involuntary Commitment Under the Baker Act; Requiring evidence of Alzheimer’s disease or a dementia-related disorder to be indicated in a court order for involuntary examination or in a law enforcement officer’s report; providing for temporary placement in a secure area within the receiving facility designated for persons with Alzheimer’s disease or a dementia-related disorder, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2016
