Community Yard Trash Safe Burn Program; Creating the Community Yard Trash Safe Burn Program within the Florida Forest Service; requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to adopt minimum standards for community burn plans; authorizing homeowners’ associations to create community burn plans and establish one or more community burn locations; establishing conditions homeowners’ associations must meet before commencing community burns; requiring the service to issue a burn permit when certain requirements are met, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2016
