Relief/Andrea Castillo/City of Hialeah: Provides for appropriation to compensate Estate of Andrea Castillo for her death as result of negligence of City of Hialeah; provides limitation on payment of fees & costs; provides that amounts awarded are intended to provide sole compensation for all present & future claims related to wrongful death of Andrea Castillo. CLAIM: $455,000.00. Effective Date: March 25, 2016
