Summary
Slungshot: Deletes provisions prohibiting manufacture or sale of instrument or weapon usually known as slungshot; revises definition of term "concealed weapon" to delete inclusion of slungshot; deletes provision prohibiting dealer in arms from selling or transferring slungshot to minor. Effective Date: March 24, 2016
