Summary
Disposable Plastic Bags: Authorizes certain municipalities to establish pilot programs for regulation or ban of disposable plastic bags; directs participating municipalities to collect data & submit reports to municipal governing body & DEP; authorizes municipalities to continue such regulation or ban after the program expires under certain conditions. Effective Date: July 1, 2015
