Summary
Citrus County Hospital Board, Citrus County; Authorizing the board to create an irrevocable community foundation or trust to manage the proceeds of a lease of the hospital and its facilities to a private for-profit entity; requiring the board to create and staff an irrevocable community foundation or trust to manage the proceeds of certain leases; authorizing the board to enter into leases or contracts with any Florida corporation, rather than only a Florida nonprofit corporation, for the purpose of operating or managing the hospital and its facilities, etc. Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
