Certification of Assisted Living Facility Administrators; Requiring assisted living facility administrators to meet the training and education requirements established by a third-party credentialing entity or by the Department of Elderly Affairs; authorizing the department to approve third-party credentialing entities for the purpose of developing and administering a professional credentialing program for assisted living facility administrators; requiring an approved third-party credentialing entity to establish the core competencies for administrators according to the nationally recognized professional psychometric standards; requiring a third-party credentialing entity to establish fees, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2014
