Summary
English Language Instruction; Providing that a student’s parent has the right to request that the student be exempted from instruction in English language proficiency; requiring a school district to exempt a student from participating in instruction in English language proficiency if the student’s parent requests the exemption in writing, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2014
