Summary
State Contracting: Requires agreements funded with state or federal financial assistance to include additional provisions; authorizes CFO to audit & approve agreements prior to execution; revises provisions relating to CFO's intergovernmental contract tracking system under Transparency Florida Act; requires state agencies to post certain information in tracking system & update that information; requires certain contract managers to be certified & directs DMS to be responsible for establishing requirements for certification; requires CFO to perform audits of executed contract documents & discuss audits with agency officials; requires agency head to respond to the audit. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
