Summary
Agricultural Lands: Prohibits governmental entity from adopting or enforcing any prohibition, restriction, regulation, or other limitation or from charging fee on specific activity of bona fide farm operation on land classified as agricultural land under certain circumstances; revises exemption from Florida Building Code & certain county & municipal code provisions & fees for nonresidential farm buildings, fences, & signs. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
