Rec./Mandatory Emergency Payments Coverage: Provides exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information of individuals insured or formerly insured under mandatory emergency payments insurance policy, & policy numbers of such insurance policies, held by DHSMV; authorizes DHSMV to release policy number under specified conditions; provides for retroactive effect of exemption; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity; provides contingent effective date. Effective Date: on the same date that HB 1007 or similar legislation takes effect
