Agency for Enterprise Information Technology: Revises duties & responsibilities of agency; removes provisions for Office of Information Security & Agency Chief Information Officers Council; revises provisions relating to Department of Corrections; provides for Department of Corrections' data system to be managed through its Office of Information Technology; removes reference to Justice Data Center; revises provisions for consolidation of agency information technology resources. Effective Date: July 1, 2011
