SB 556 Clerks of the Court (2013 Session)
Clerks of the Court; Providing requirements for the storage of papers and electronic filings and requiring that they be stamped with the date and time of submission; authorizing the clerk to remove certain court records from the Official Records; requiring that the clerk provide access to public records without charge to certain persons, subject to a limitation and an exception; providing that the state is not required to pay fees to enforce judgment for costs and fines, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2013
