Nursing Education Programs: Revises application requirements for nursing education programs; requires, rather than authorizes, certain degree requirements to be documented in specified manner; requires each program director to submit annual report & written remediation plan to Board of Nursing; requires board to deny application under certain circumstances; authorizes board to revoke approval of specified existing programs; requires board to terminate program under certain circumstances; authorizes certain DOH agents & employees to conduct onsite evaluations & inspections; authorizes DOH to collect evidence; revises rulemaking authority; removes provisions authorizing extension of program's probationary status. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
