North Brevard County Hospital District, Brevard County: Revises appointment & membership of district board; requires board to determine operating budget & estimated revenues of district; removes provisions relating to ad valorem taxation; revises disposition of assets & liabilities in event of dissolution; requires district to conduct valuation; requires district to solicit bids for sale of assets; provides for transfer; provides for dissolution of district; provides offices & terms of board members end on certain date. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
