Practice of Acupuncture; Revising education requirements for acupuncture licensure, beginning on specified dates; authorizing acupuncturist assistants to assist in the practice of acupuncture under the direct supervision of an acupuncturist; revising continuing education requirements for acupuncture licensure renewal; requiring the Board of Acupuncture to establish and maintain a formulary for acupoint injection therapies; specifying requirements for the formulary, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
