Protected Information of Sexual Offense Victims; Authorizing a sexual offense victim, or his or her legal representative, to make a written request to remove protected information that has been published or disseminated; requiring a person or an entity after receiving notice to remove protected information within a specified timeframe; authorizing a sexual offense victim, or his or her legal representative, to bring a civil action to enjoin the continued publication or dissemination or republication or redissemination of protected information under certain circumstances; authorizing a court to impose specified civil penalties, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
