Tourism Development: Revises method of approval of levy & imposition of county taxes; requires DOR & counties to remit specified percentage of tax revenues to Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation; provides for expiration of ordinance that levies & imposes certain taxes; prohibits corporation from receiving state funds except for certain county tax revenues; requires corporation to take actions & be dissolved upon accepting state funds or receiving less than certain amount of public contributions in fiscal year; terminates Tourism Promotional Trust Fund. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
