Cybersecurity: Exempts certain personnel from career service; requires Florida Digital Service to take actions & establish operations committee; requires state CIO to designate state chief technology officer; requires Florida Digital Service to be provided with access to state data center; requires state agency & local government to report ransomware & cybersecurity incidents; requires Florida Digital Service to notify Governor & Legislature of certain incidents; provides that county, municipality, or commercial entity that complies with certain requirements is not liable in connection with cybersecurity incident. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
