Florida Kidcare Program Income Eligibility: Establishes tiered system of family premiums for Title-XXI coverage under Florida Kidcare program beginning on specified date; authorizes AHCA to seek federal waiver approval or submit any state plan amendments as necessary; increases income eligibility threshold for coverage under program to conform to changes made by act; provides that specified amendment are subject to federal approval. Effective Date: January 1, 2024
