Premises Liability for Criminal Acts of Third Parties: Requires trier of fact to consider comparative fault of certain persons in certain actions for damages; provides owner or operator of multifamily complex with presumption against liability under certain circumstances; specifies safety & security measures that must be implemented to gain presumption; provides that such owners or operators do not lose presumption under certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
